This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or use this website (the "Site"), including our short questionnaire that matches you with a third-party precious metals dealer ("Partner").
What information do we collect?
We collect the information you provide when you complete our questionnaire, including your responses to questions about your investment goals, timeline, and budget, along with your name, email address, and/or phone number if you choose to provide them. We may also collect information about your device, browser, and general location using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site; this information does not by itself identify you. You may browse parts of the Site without providing any personal information.
How do we use your information?
To match you with a Partner. Your questionnaire responses are used to select a Partner for you to be shown on the results screen, and, if you choose to proceed, you will be redirected to that Partner's website.
To share with our Partner network. If you provide your name, email, or phone number and proceed past the results screen, we may share that information with the Partner you were matched with, and, with your consent where required, this information may also be shared with one or more of our other Partners so that they may contact you about their products and services. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for purposes unrelated to facilitating your match.
To send periodic communications. The email address or phone number you provide may be used by us or by the Partner you are matched with to follow up on your request, including by phone, text/SMS, or email.
For telemarketing and text message purposes. Where you provide "prior express written consent" within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), you consent to receive telephone calls — including pre-recorded messages and/or calls delivered via automated technology — and TEXT/SMS/RCS messages, at the number you provided, from Company and/or the Partner you are matched with. You are not required to provide this consent to use the Site. Message frequency varies. Reply "STOP" to any text message to opt out, or "HELP" for support. Message and data rates may apply. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for any purpose unrelated to facilitating your requested match.
How do we protect your information?
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do we disclose information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except as described in this Policy — namely, to the Partner(s) involved in fulfilling your match request, or as required to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect our rights or the rights, property, or safety of others or the public.
